Job summary

You will set strategy, manage budgets and revenue, supervise department leaders, and drive growth through memberships, tournaments, and private events while upholding safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, golf management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in golf, hospitality, club, restaurant, or event venue operations.
• PGA of America Class A Member in good standing, LPGA Professional membership, or prior Head Golf Professional/Director of Golf experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall strategy, performance, and guest experience across golf, restaurant, and events.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to maintain service standards and event execution.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth, and expense control.
• Develop and align the property team across departments.
• Drive revenue growth through memberships, green fees, tournaments, and private events.
• Build relationships with guests, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
