Job summary

Talentify in New York is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage accreditation-driven residency/fellowship programs under the supervision of the PD, GME Manager, and GME Director. The role requires thorough knowledge of national accreditation policies and hospital policies, plus initiative and judgment.

You will oversee long-range planning, trainee recruitment, data management, and interdepartmental communications, while ensuring compliance with licensing, contracts, and NRMP/Match procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of office administration experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of ACGME PC experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support to program leadership and PD.
• Interprets accreditation policies and ensures compliance.
• Manages databases and coordinates trainee recruitment and orientation.
• Supports evaluation processes, contracts, and licensure for trainees.
• Organizes program communications, meetings, and publications.
