Job summary

Stout Creek Landscapes, Inc. in Michigan is seeking a General Manager to lead operations and drive growth toward a $10MM milestone.

The GM will shape business strategy for high-end residential landscape construction and maintenance, and bring entrepreneurial leadership to expand market share. The role offers a base salary of $110,000–$125,000 with bonus potential, generous PTO, and company-paid health coverage, along with vision insurance and a Roth/401(k) plan with company match.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA is a strong plus.
• 7+ years of strategic leadership experience.
• Experience developing a strategic plan for a $10MM+ business.
• Proven experience implementing an EOS process.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
