Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in operations or business management, and vendor management.
• 7 years of experience using analytics or applying project management tools to address business issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage financials/metrics and workflow allocation for global projects on vendor operations across geographies, suppliers and platforms, reviewing vendor data and driving SLA compliance, MBRS, QBRs.
• Drive complex projects spanning across sites and suppliers, managing execution and stakeholders.
• Serve as liaison for multiple vendor groups to streamline operations and remove redundancies.
• Set up and drive monthly governance forums and act as central point of contact for vendor communications.
