Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program or project management.
• 8 years of experience in Finance, Strategic Sourcing, or Vendor Management.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience leading large-scale, global process transformation programs from conception to maturity.
• Expertise in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) methodologies and advanced risk management frameworks.
• Experience influencing and building consensus among executive-level stakeholders (e.g., Directors and Vice Presidents).
• Exceptional communication skills, with experience acting as an escalation point for high-stakes, sensitive supplier or organizational issues.
• Ability to change a team’s or organization’s strategy through data-driven advocacy and successful implementation of new models.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end global strategy for supplier lifecycle management and operational excellence, ensuring alignment between long-term business goals and daily execution.
• Identify and drive large-scale process transformations that automate and optimize supplier onboarding, risk mitigation, and performance tracking across the entire organization.
• Define the framework for contract management, driving programs to automate and optimize contract compliance and ensuring that commercial agreements align with Google’s broader commercial and technical goals.
• Partner with the Global Commodity Management, Finance, and Legal teams to manage supplier spend commitments, negotiations, and external engagements.
• Analyze global lifecycle and risk data to identify long-term trends and efficiencies, using these insights to pivot team strategies and secure executive buy-in for future initiatives.
