• 5 years of experience in vendor management, global operations management or program management in high-volume service environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage schedules and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional partners across offices, time zones, and hemispheres to keep progress up to date.
• Create BRDs and drive process improvement, change management and documentation standardization.
• Lead new project initiatives for Americas server operations logistics with 3 months to 2 years duration.
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership with clear, data-driven presentations.
