Rochester Sensors, an Amphenol company, is seeking a Global Export Compliance Manager to lead worldwide trade controls from Coppell, TX. You will shape and implement policies, classifications, licensing, and screening across the organization, enabling compliant international operations.

The role requires 5+ years in export compliance, deep knowledge of EAR/ITAR/OFAC, and strong cross‑functional collaboration to support global growth while mitigating regulatory risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 5+ years in export compliance or regulatory function.
• Strong knowledge of EAR, ITAR, OFAC.
• Experience with ECCN determinations and licensing.
• Ability to conduct compliance assessments and corrective actions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to influence across a global organization.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and maintain global trade compliance policies and governance frameworks.
• Manage export classifications, ECCN determinations and jurisdiction reviews.
• Oversee restricted party screening and sanctions compliance.
• Lead export licensing activities, submissions, disclosures, and inquiries.
• Conduct enterprise-wide trade compliance risk assessments and reviews.
• Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance and others to ensure compliant operations.
• Evaluate regulatory developments and communicate risks to leadership.
• Develop and deliver trade compliance training programs.
• Lead cross-functional compliance projects and governance activities.
• Prepare compliance metrics and program updates for senior leadership.
