Job summary

CAIRE, a global biomedical products company in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Global Supply Demand Planner. This role drives material planning, supplier coordination, and demand forecasting across global operations in a data-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in supply chain, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with ERP tools and Excel. Travel is up to 10%. Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or APICS certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations, supply chain management, business administration, or related field required.
• 4+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or inventory management; industry experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficient in planning software and ERP tools; MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage global supply-demand planning with regional alignment to optimize material movements and inventory strategies.
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts; adjust plans with changing conditions.
• Prepare and analyze data for SIOP meetings; align forecasts with inventory and production capacity.
• Utilize MRP/DRP to forecast demand, set safety stock, and optimize replenishment.
• Monitor global inventory levels; balance supply and demand; manage safety stock and reorder points.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, customer service, and logistics for plan execution.
• Use ERP systems (JD Edwards, Oracle) for planning and reporting; leverage Excel and Tableau for analysis.
• Identify and mitigate risks with contingency plans to ensure timely product delivery.
• Explore AI tools to enhance forecast accuracy and process automation.
