Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, or related disciplines.
• Proven success leading multi-site, global supply chain and procurement organizations.
• Experience overseeing global import/export, trade compliance, and risk management.
• Track record of delivering enterprise supply chain strategies that improve service and financial results.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders and leading organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the enterprise supply chain and procurement strategy across global functions.
• Lead integrated planning and S&OP processes with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve resilience, cost, inventory, and working capital.
• Build a high-performing supply chain organization with strong leadership development.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Commercial, Finance, Technology and Legal to ensure alignment and risk mitigation.
