Job summary

Inverto North America, backed by BCG, is hiring a Principal Consultant in Procurement to develop and implement strategies optimizing procurement and supply chain processes for diverse clients. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, shape management strategies, and support international growth of Inverto.

Based in Chicago or Atlanta with substantial travel, you will work with high-growth teams to deliver value across industries and guide strategic procurement initiatives on a global scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in procurement and/or supply chain management (consulting experience preferred).
• BS from an accredited university (MS preferred).
• Significant success in business optimization.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• Business-fluent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel globally to work with clients and BCG teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement processes and supply chain management.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to improve client products and create market growth strategies.
• Shape management strategies and support international growth of Inverto.
• Manage strategic customer relationships and serve as sparring partner for clients.
