Figure is an AI robotics company based in San Jose seeking a Global Supply Manager to own supplier and manufacturing partner relationships. You will shape the PCBA sourcing strategy and drive from prototype to production volumes.

The role requires 7+ years of supply chain experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to travel internationally. In-office collaboration is expected to support rapid development and integration with engineering and production teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain development or sourcing management.
• Hands-on experience with PCBA, FATP, PCB, EE components, and contract manufacturer management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel internationally 25%+.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for PCBAs and qualify new suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, securing favorable pricing and SLAs.
• Oversee procurement for PCBAs and track orders to resolve disruptions.
• Optimize inventory, mitigate supply chain risks, and manage supplier performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and quality to meet specs and timelines.
