Qualifications

• 7+ years of global sourcing or supply chain experience for mechanical hardware.
• Strong understanding of casting, injection molding, and assembly processes.
• Experience supporting NPI and scaling production in hardware-focused companies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for mechanical components.
• Own should-cost models and drive costs down.
• Support NPI from early design through production ramp.
• Lead capacity planning and risk mitigation for parts.
• Act as the supply chain owner for mechanical systems.
