Job summary

PepsiCo seeks a Senior Manager to develop and execute supplier and sourcing strategies for Global Enterprise Software, including ERP systems, SaaS, and ELA licenses. You will drive cost, quality and service improvements across PepsiCo’s operations by leading cross-functional teams spanning IT, Legal and Finance.

The role requires strong experience in software procurement, licensing models (on/off premise, perpetual, term/SaaS), and AI-related licenses; you will oversee RFP/RFI processes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology or science.
• 10 years' work experience in Procurement, Finance, Consulting, or technology field.
• Experience working with and sourcing AI / Agentic products and software.
• Must possess strong sourcing experience with SaaS providers.
• Must possess strong understanding of software category, and strategies to procure products / services including, on/off prem licenses, perpetual, term/SaaS, AI agent / credit-based licenses.
• Strategic, analytical, and project management skills.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.
• Able to lead change in PepsiCo's matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop and implement supplier and sourcing category strategies for Software ($200MM).
• Negotiate, manage and maintain services including licenses (on/off premise, perpetual, subscription), SaaS, AI licenses.
• Understand technology industry and source with a variety of suppliers (e.g., major tech vendors).
• Lead sourcing processes and support MSAs, SaaS, and SOW development; analyze/evaluate rates.
• Lead RFP/RFQ/RFI, competitive bids, renewals and related projects across global teams.
