Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Plano, TX seeks a Sr. Manager, Global Procurement IT & BPO to develop and execute category strategies across a $300MM spend portfolio.

You will partner with IT, Finance and Legal to drive value, productivity, risk mitigation, and supplier performance, while leading end-to-end sourcing activities and governance. You will manage MSAs, SOWs, RFPs and bids, aiming for cost savings and process efficiencies within PepsiCo policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field.
• 8-10 years’ work experience in Procurement, Finance, or IT.
• Ideally, experience with procurement of IT services, Enterprise software tools and Hardware/Telecom.
• Developed skills in using AI agents, chat bots, and capabilities to expedite contract review process and delivery execution.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills.
• Won’t compromise values to get results.
• Eager to embrace and lead change, ability to manage in PepsiCo’s ambiguous matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supplier and sourcing strategies for IT and BPO category.
• Drive the sourcing process, lead sourcing, support MSAs, SOW development, and analyze/evaluate rates.
• Lead cross-divisional teams including IT, Legal, and Finance in strategy implementation and negotiations.
• Achieve annual productivity targets within the Global Procurement framework.
• Proactively manage spend by vendor; develop supplier analysis for optimization.
• Work with PepsiCo and industry specialists leading RFP, RFQ, RFI, and renewals.
• Lead sourcing, support MSAs and SOW development, and analyze/evaluate rates.
• Drive process efficiencies and eliminate waste.
• Ensure use of PepsiCo policies and terms for best-in-class economics and minimized risk.
• Manage supplier performance against key metrics and drive improvements.
• Research and implement industry best practices.
• Encourage MWBE suppliers and second-tier spend reporting.
• Success in role can lead to other positions across global Procurement.
