Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Project Manager for Global Security Strategic Initiatives in North Chicago. The role drives enterprise transformation, technology enablement, and cross-functional execution within the PMO framework.

You will coordinate with BTS, HR, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, EHS, Facilities, and regional teams to ensure governance, training, and adoption. The candidate should bring significant program management experience in secure environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant subject area or equivalent experience gained through enterprise project or transformation work.
• 6+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs, with a demonstrated ability to move work forward in evolving environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, balancing scope, timelines, and capacity while informing leadership of risks and tradeoffs.
• Strong business and operational acumen, linking work to strategic intent and enabling informed decisions.
• Experience leading enterprise-level initiatives in transformation, technology enablement, or security-adjacent functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager for multiple concurrent initiatives across the Global Security portfolio, including transformation and operational improvement.
• Translate leadership direction into clear project plans, milestones, and execution timelines.
• Draft and update core project documentation and facilitate stakeholder meetings to ensure progress.
• Manage project intake, timelines, milestones, and risks in alignment with PMO processes.
• Prepare materials for Steering Committee and leadership meetings with status updates and options analysis.
