Job summary

PetroSea is seeking a seasoned Project Controller to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery of complex EPC/industrial projects in the US. You will lead planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting activities, driving governance and change management across project teams.

The role requires 7+ years in project control with strong skills in budgeting, EVMS, and stakeholder communication; proficiency in Primavera P6 and related tools is expected. HSE adherence is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Project Control, Cost Control, or Scheduling within EPC, mining, oil & gas, or industrial projects.
• 2+ years of leadership or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of project control methodologies, budgeting, forecasting, earned value management, and project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all project control functions, including planning, scheduling, progress measurement, cost control, reporting, and change management.
• Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project coding structures; establish budgets and baseline schedules.
• Monitor costs, commitments, expenditures, and progress against targets.
• Prepare and present periodic project performance reports to management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project teams to identify risks, delays, and corrective actions.
• Support forecasting, trend analysis, and recovery planning; ensure controls systems are implemented.
• Promote and maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
