Conn Selmer, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing strategy for domestic instrument manufacturing sites in Elkhart, IN. The role drives end-to-end procurement for direct and indirect materials, aiming for cost reductions, continuous supply, and supplier excellence.

You will collaborate with operations, quality, engineering, and finance to balance local and global supply, lead negotiations, and push continuous improvement across the procurement organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in purchasing, procurement, or manufacturing engineering in a production environment.
• Experience sourcing domestically and internationally.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing, processes, and cross-functional partnerships.
• People management experience and ability to coach teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of total-cost analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills; good project management and business-case analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Own supplier network and performance, including audits, capacity planning, and issue resolution.
• Negotiate and administer pricing agreements, terms, and quality metrics.
