Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional work experience in project management and delivery.
• Experience supporting strategy through implementation across multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with global and regional teams in pharma.

Responsibilities

• Partners with stakeholders to lead strategic, cross-functional Clinical Sciences projects.
• Provides PM support: planning scenarios, risk analysis, action-tracking, and communications.
• Leads project team meetings using governance processes and facilitates decisions.
• Collaborates with management, SMEs, and teams inside/outside Clinical Sciences.
• Builds strong working relationships; communicates with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Prepares status reports and dashboards; tracks risks and mitigations.
• Supports deliverables and may own select deliverables for teams.
