Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Global Supply Manager to own end-to-end ODM/CM management for compute servers and networking hardware. The role emphasizes defining build strategies, negotiating SOWs, and driving cost leadership in a high-velocity, hyperscale environment.

You will partner with hardware teams to optimize relationships, onboard suppliers, and push for on-time delivery while maintaining quality and reliability across the company’s AI infrastructure deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in one or more of: Business, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or 10+ years in one or more of these fields.
• 5+ years of experience in global supply chain, ODM/CM management, or electronics manufacturing with a focus on compute servers and networking hardware.

Responsibilities

• Define build strategies, L10/L11 roadmaps, and SOWs for ODMs/CMs across compute servers and networking hardware.
• Own end-to-end ODM/CM management: selection, onboarding, governance, and relationships to ensure on-time delivery and rapid cadence.
• Define and negotiate SOWs and commercial terms that challenge specs, drive value engineering, and secure pricing and capacity commitments.
• Drive cost leadership through should-cost modeling, DFM reviews, and long-term pricing agreements to reduce total cost of ownership.
• Standardize and automate NPI-to-mass production, optimize inventory and WIP (including JIT), and set weekly KPIs for cost, quality, speed, yield, and resilience.
