Job summary

SpaceX in Austin, TX is seeking a Global Supply Manager to own end-to-end ODM/CM management for compute servers and networking hardware. You will craft and optimize SOWs, drive manufacturing velocity, and elevate ODM/CM partnerships to deliver on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and resilience for SpaceX AI infrastructure deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in business, manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering, or 10+ years in one or more of these fields.
• 5+ years of experience in global supply chain, ODM/CM management, or electronics manufacturing with a focus on compute servers and networking hardware.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to support ODM/CM factory sites, audits, and critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineers, hardware teams, and manufacturing experts to define build strategies and SOWs for ODMs and CMs across compute servers, network hardware, and related assemblies.
• Own global ODM/CM management end-to-end: selection, qualification, onboarding, governance, and relationships to achieve on-time delivery and lead-time compression.
• Define and negotiate SOWs and commercial agreements, drive value engineering and pricing, and ensure quality and reliability for SpaceX training clusters.
• Drive cost leadership through should-cost modeling, DFM reviews, tolerance for specification optimization, and long-term pricing agreements to reduce total cost of ownership.
• Standardize and automate NPIs-to-mass-production processes, implement inventory/WIP optimization models, and establish KPIs reviewed weekly with leadership.
