Job summary

Ramp is seeking an organized operator to drive immigration and mobility operations, coordinating cases with external counsel and stakeholders while building workflows, dashboards, and AI tools to reduce manual work. The Associate will operate within established policies, escalate issues promptly, and scale operations for broader impact.

This role emphasizes process-management, data accuracy, and proactive communication as Ramp deploys scalable solutions across its global teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in People Operations, immigration operations, global mobility, employee lifecycle operations, or another high-detail service environment.
• Hands-on experience improving a workflow with AI, automation, spreadsheets, dashboards, ticketing, or related tools.
• Clear, empathetic written communication and sound discretion with sensitive employee information.

Responsibilities

• Case coordination and employee service (~50%): coordinate immigration, work-authorization, relocation, and business-travel cases with employees, external counsel, vendors, and internal partners.
• Workflow, AI, and operations (~50%): build and maintain centralized workflows, intake forms, templates, knowledge resources, and AI-enabled tools.
• Program and vendor support: prepare case trends, SLA performance, and vendor meetings; keep playbooks and documentation current.
