Qualifications

• A history of academic and professional success.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Manage compensation and stock processing and support for staff located internationally.
• Analyze country-specific considerations and adapt programs accordingly.
• Lead domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.
