You will coordinate inbound schedules and supplier recovery using standardized processes across Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Customs, Production and Finance. The role emphasizes data‑driven problem solving, improving supplier performance, and balancing service with working capital while ensuring alignment

Qualifications

• Supply Planning and MRP: Hands-on with supplier scheduling, MRP, parameter governance, exception management, shortages, and recovery planning.
• Inventory Optimization: Manage coverage, safety stock, MOQ, lead time, excess, and obsolescence.
• Supplier Performance: Experience managing commitments, capacity, OTD/OTIF, corrective actions, and escalation.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Align Production, Procurement, Logistics, Customs, Finance, and Customer Planning around one material plan.
• Continuous Improvement: Root cause analysis, standard work, visual management, KPI routines to improve planning reliability.

Responsibilities

• Production and Customer Planning: Provide a credible material plan and shortage visibility aligned to production schedule and customer priorities.
• Procurement and Supplier Development: Provide accurate supplier requirements, performance evidence, capacity risks, and structured escalation to improve supplier execution.
• Transportation and Customs: Align pickup schedules, carrier capacity, routes, documentation, and clearance priorities to protect inbound material flow.
• Finance and Plant Leadership: Deliver transparent inventory, risk, and recovery information that supports working-capital and operational decisions.
• Suppliers: Provide stable schedules, clear expectations, timely escalation, and disciplined follow‑through.
