Job summary

EY is seeking experienced Solution Architects to support the growth of Assurance Managed Services. The role partners with business domain leaders to shape, design, and commercialize managed services offerings, bridging business strategy and solution execution.

Architects will lead end-to-end managed services architectures, ensuring alignment across business, technology, and operations, while supporting pricing, governance, and regulatory compliance across the service lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s qualification in Management, Finance or Accounting; ten years of end-to-end architecture experience.
• Bachelor’s qualification in Computer Science or Information Technology; ten years of experience with agile, iterative and conventional development methodologies.
• Experience with managed services and outsourced solutions and relevant certifications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Align strategic objectives with market opportunities and growth targets.
• Design end-to-end managed services architectures for modular, scalable offerings.
• Define solution scope, client experience blueprints, operating model and governance structures.
• Ensure compliance with SOC 1/SOC 2 and other regulatory controls; liaise with IT security and risk teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Delivery, Finance, Technology and Operations to ensure feasibility and readiness.

Education

Bachelor’s qualification in Management, Finance or Accounting

Bachelor’s qualification in Computer Science or Information Technology

Ten years’ experience on end-to-end architecture for managed services/outsourced solutions
