Job summary

EY is seeking experienced Solution Architects to design and commercialize Assurance Managed Services, bridging business strategy and execution. You will lead architecture across business and technology domains, ensuring modular, compliant solutions for complex service offerings and client engagements.

The role emphasizes strategic alignment, governance, and collaboration with Product, Sales, Delivery, Finance, Technology and Operations, while driving standardization and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s qualification in Management, Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of ten years’ experience managing end‑to‑end architecture for managed services and/or outsourced solutions.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s qualification in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Minimum of ten years’ experience with agile, iterative and conventional development methodologies and their application to platform, transactional application and analytical systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Assurance managed services business, process and controls architecture and standards.
• Ensure solutions are designed and implemented in a modular way for flexibility.
• Define audit readiness and SOC 1/SOC 2 compliance approach and support projects accordingly.
• Provide direction and support to delivery technology development teams throughout the development lifecycle.
