Job summary

EY is seeking experienced Lead Solution Architects to shape, design, and commercialize Assurance Managed Services offerings. You will bridge business strategy with technology execution and lead cross‑functional teams through the full solution lifecycle.

Responsibilities span strategic alignment, end‑to‑end architecture, financial modeling and governance. The role requires senior leadership, strong collaboration, and a focus on standardization and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirements for leadership roles in architecture.
• Extensive experience in end-to-end architecture for managed services or outsourcing.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and platform/analytic systems.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Alignment: partner with business domain leaders to align objectives and growth targets.
• Managed Services Architecture: design end-to-end architectures for scalable, reusable services.
• Commercial & Financial Modeling: support revenue projections, margins and pricing strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with Product, Sales, Delivery, Finance, Technology and Operations.
• Standardization & Continuous Improvement: drive KPIs, automation and maintain architecture repositories.
• Business and Service Architecture Lead: own architecture, ensure modular design and SOC readiness.
• Technology Architecture Lead: own architecture, ensure IT security compliance and training.
