Twenty80 LLC is seeking an experienced Immigration Specialist in Pittsburgh, PA to oversee employment-based immigration programs and act as the internal subject matter expert on U.S. immigration matters.

The role partners with employees, leadership, outside counsel, and government agencies to ensure compliant filings, while delivering a positive employee experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years handling employment-based immigration matters.
• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, including nonimmigrant visas and PERM.
• Experience working with immigration attorneys, government agencies, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and case-management skills with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for employment-based immigration matters.
• Manage full lifecycle of immigration cases including visas, renewals, and green cards.
• Collaborate with outside counsel and internal teams to ensure timely filings.
• Develop tracking systems and compliance dashboards.
• Stay current on changes to U.S. immigration policies and advise leadership.
