Job summary

Döhler is seeking a Global Account Manager - Food to lead strategic growth with multinational and regional customers in the ingredient sector. The role focuses on representing our products and services to an assigned base while achieving revenue, margin and strategic objectives.

The position requires a strong network in the ingredient industry and the ability to travel domestically 30-50%. The ideal candidate will drive account planning and cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the ingredient industry.
Proven experience working with flavor and fragrance houses, color houses, and taste providers for food/bev applications.
Established network within the ingredient industry, including sourcing teams and decision-makers.
Strong knowledge of natural ingredient categories such as citrus oils, fruit essences, botanicals, coffee & tea ingredients, juices, and natural colors.
Willingness to travel 30-50% domestically.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and grow customer relationships to meet company goals.
Work with customers to add value and innovation to portfolios using Döhler’s materials.
Use CRM tools to track projects and ensure visibility.
Execute annual sales planning and maintain customer forecasts.
Develop and implement sales initiatives aligning with Business Unit goals.
Manage relationships with key decision-makers at assigned accounts.
Address customer needs to drive loyalty and value.
