• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable solutions.
• Strong relationship-building, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, guide teams, and deliver results in dynamic environments.
• Typically brings several years of experience supporting large-scale utility, GIS, or enterprise technology projects.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consulting and client advisory to utilities and infrastructure clients.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand operational goals and design GIS modernization plans.
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic planning discussions.
• Translate business objectives into practical technology and process recommendations.
