You will mentor consultants, support business growth, and foster trusted client relationships while advancing scalable geospatial technologies and practices.

Qualifications

• Experience leading consulting engagements or technology programs.
• Experience with utility organizations or infrastructure-focused environments.
• Knowledge of geospatial technologies and enterprise GIS platforms.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives, operational teams, and technical stakeholders.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable solutions.
• Strong relationship-building, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive GIS and utility modernization strategies with clients.
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic planning discussions.
• Translate business objectives into practical technology and process recommendations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout project lifecycles.
• Drive delivery of enterprise consulting engagements and oversee multiple initiatives.
• Guide requirements analysis, solution planning, and deployment strategies.
• Monitor project progress and manage key deliverables to ensure outcomes.
