Qualifications

Background leading consulting engagements, technology programs, or business transformation initiatives.
Experience working with utility organizations or infrastructure-focused environments.
Knowledge of geospatial technologies and enterprise GIS platforms.
Ability to communicate effectively with executives, operational teams, and technical stakeholders.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable solutions.
Strong relationship-building, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, guide teams, and deliver results in dynamic environments.
Typically brings several years of experience supporting large-scale utility, GIS, or enterprise technology projects.
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

Responsibilities

Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic planning discussions.
Translate business objectives into practical technology and process recommendations.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout project lifecycles.
Drive successful delivery of enterprise consulting engagements.
Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation.
Guide requirements analysis, solution planning, and deployment strategies.
Monitor project progress and support successful outcomes.
Align cross-functional teams around business priorities and project objectives.
Provide expertise in modern geospatial platforms and utility workflows.
Advise on utility network design, implementation, and operational adoption.
Support data governance, modeling, and geospatial information management efforts.
Help organizations maximize the value of enterprise GIS platforms and applications.
Recommend approaches that improve visibility, reliability, and business processes.
Contribute to organizational success beyond project delivery.
Mentor consultants and technical professionals across the team.
Support proposal development, solution estimation, and client presentations.
Build and strengthen long-term client relationships.
