Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Experience leading consulting engagements for utility/infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of geospatial technologies and enterprise GIS platforms.
• Ability to communicate with executives, operational teams, and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute GIS and utility modernization strategies.
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic planning discussions.
• Guide requirements analysis, solution planning, and deployment strategies.
• Monitor progress, deliverables, and client outcomes across engagements.
