Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group is seeking a results-driven Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end supply chain ops for a ghost kitchen concept, including demand planning, materials planning, inventory management, procurement coordination, warehousing, and outbound distribution.

You will ensure kitchens have the right ingredients, packaging, and finished goods at the right time while controlling costs and maintaining optimal inventory levels across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or experience.
• Experience with WMS and ERP/MRP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own demand and materials planning across raw ingredients, packaging, finished goods, and manufactured SKUs; translate demand into purchasing and inventory requirements.
• Balance inventory investment with working-capital targets while ensuring availability and controlling waste, including FEFO for perishables.
• Collaborate with procurement to execute strategies and manage supplier shortages, lead times, and availability.
• Oversee warehousing and distribution; support WMS rollout and outbound fulfillment to kitchen locations; improve flow and accuracy.
• Build Excel planning trackers; own supply chain KPIs and reporting; support ERP/MRP and demand-planning tools.
