Job summary

Your Talent Team in New York is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end operations for a ghost kitchen concept. You will handle demand planning, materials planning, inventory management, procurement coordination, warehousing, and outbound distribution to kitchen locations, while controlling costs and optimizing inventory levels.

You will build planning trackers in Excel, track KPI performance, support WMS/ERP/MRP implementations, ensure food safety compliance (GMP/SQF/FSQA), and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in food manufacturing, CPG, food service, or a comparable environment.
• 3+ years of demand and materials planning in a food production setting.
• Experience managing raw ingredients, finished products, and perishable inventory.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to build planning trackers.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Experience managing inventory against budget or working-capital targets.
• Experience working with suppliers on shortages, lead times, and product availability.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demand & materials planning across raw ingredients, packaging, and finished goods; translate demand into purchasing and production requirements.
• Inventory management balancing investment with availability, shelf life, waste, and aging.
• Procurement & supplier collaboration to execute strategy and address shortages and lead times.
• Oversee warehousing, receiving, storage, movement, and outbound fulfillment; support WMS rollout.
• Build Excel trackers; own supply chain KPIs; support ERP/MRP improvements.
• Support GMP, SQF, FSQA, lot traceability and inventory controls for perishable products.
