The ideal candidate blends business acumen with AI expertise, leading stakeholder engagement and driving measurable value through data-driven transformation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics, BI, data science, AI consulting, or related fields.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud platforms (Azure/Google Cloud acceptable).
• Advanced SQL and Python programming skills.
• Practical knowledge of machine learning, Generative AI, and LLMs.
• Experience designing and deploying Decision Intelligence systems with governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify data, analytics, and AI opportunities.
• Develop analytics roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities and outcomes.
• Lead AI/ML initiatives, POCs, and deployment across environments.
• Translate requirements into actionable analytics use cases and dashboards.
• Oversee data quality, governance, and self-service analytics adoption.
• Mentor analytics professionals and manage project timelines and stakeholders.
