Job summary

EXL is seeking a senior leader to govern end-to-end analytics projects and data initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You will mentor data engineers, partner with BDAs, and drive complex AI/ML solutions across AWS/GCP/Azure ecosystems.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, and rigorous delivery management, with a strong emphasis on Agile practices and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building scalable data engineering frameworks.
• Hands-on with Snowflake, Spark, and AWS Glue; event-driven architectures.
• Strong leadership and Agile delivery experience with large teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive end-to-end analytics and data solution projects.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineering teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage deliverables.
• Utilize Generative AI frameworks to design and deploy AI/ML solutions.
• Drive release planning, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure Agile practices with sprint planning and timely delivery.
