Job summary

ExlService Holdings, Inc. is seeking a senior data delivery leader to drive end-to-end projects in analytical applications and data solutions.

You will provide technical leadership to data engineering teams, guiding complex challenges and best practices. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to design solutions, gather requirements, and manage project deliverables, including release planning and change management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading end-to-end data projects that deliver analytical solutions.
• Experience building modular data frameworks for data integration and quality validation.
• Hands-on with Snowflake, Spark, AWS Glue, and modern data tooling.
• Strong leadership and ability to mentor data engineering teams in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive delivery of end-to-end projects focused on analytical applications and data solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineering teams.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and manage deliverables.
• Utilize Generative AI frameworks to design, deploy, and integrate AI/ML solutions.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration with Business Data Analysts (BDAs).
• Take ownership of release planning, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure adherence to Agile practices, sprint planning, retrospectives, and timelines.
