Responsibilities

• Staff the restaurant efficiently with qualified team.
• Ensure a safe environment for team and guests.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation processes.
• Develop and implement shift leader development plans.
• Make hiring, promotion and separation decisions for restaurant staff.
• Create staff schedules considering sales, payroll and overtime costs.
• Own the performance of the entire team and foster a positive culture.
• Audit operations and drive cost-control improvements.
• Maintain operational standards and communicate with the District Manager.
• Coach and develop team using company tools and leverage Restaurant Support Center.
• Identify maintenance issues and coordinate with Facilities.
