Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in general management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Excellent leadership with ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity and policy adherence.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet short-term and long-term objectives.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team through hiring, training and performance management.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met consistently.
• Collaborate with departments and senior management to align local operations with company goals.
• Implement and maintain quality control and safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
