Sir Grout is seeking a strategic and experienced General Manager to lead our tile and grout restoration operations. You will oversee daily activities, drive growth, and ensure service excellence across teams and client relationships.

Lead and mentor technicians and support staff while managing budgets, forecasts, and compliance with safety standards to deliver high-quality results for our customers.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a service industry (tile and grout restoration or related fields preferred).
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and service excellence.
• Familiarity with industry practices and standards to ensure quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
