The ideal candidate brings JD, active US license, and deep experience in pharmacy benefit management, healthcare services, or regulatory matters, with a proven ability to translate complex issues into practical business decisions.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school; active license to practice in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Significant legal experience in pharmacy benefit management, healthcare services, managed care or related field.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory and contractual issues into actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Advise CEO and executive leadership as trusted strategic partner.
• Provide commercially minded counsel on strategy, growth, partnerships and priorities.
• Anticipate regulatory developments affecting PBM and healthcare.
• Lead negotiations and management of major commercial agreements.
• Oversee governance, risk management, and outside counsel relationships.
• Collaborate across functions to enable business growth while managing risk.
• Advise on pricing structures, performance guarantees, and data use in contracts.
