Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal legal advisor to the President/CEO and Executive Committee.
• Provide practical legal guidance on strategic initiatives, regulatory risk, and enterprise-level issues.
• Partner with leaders to balance legal requirements with commercial objectives and operational realities.
• Address PBM, healthcare, and regulatory matters including CMS, state PBM laws, and related compliance.
• Identify emerging legal risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them.
