Job summary

ONEOK, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager or Account Director to help develop and evaluate market opportunities in natural gas gathering, processing, and marketing. The role involves supporting strategic plans and negotiating complex agreements with customers and service providers.

The position requires strong contract analysis, economic modeling, and cross-functional collaboration across commercial, engineering, regulatory, and legal teams to optimize profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal education in finance, accounting, engineering, business management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Research existing contracts to identify potential profitability and liabilities.
• Identify gas supply and/or marketing opportunities and support strategic business plans.
• Assist negotiations with customers or service providers (gas producers, LDCs, power generation, etc.) for short- and long-term deals.
• Develop relationships with potential small to mid-scale accounts and maintain relations with existing accounts.
• Participate in development of small to mid-scale projects to support business strategies.
• Prepare economic models, perform calculations, and conduct analyses to evaluate new or potential customers, interconnections, equity gas sales, and growth projects.
• Research information to determine applicability to our business operations and inform strategic plans.
• Interact with engineering, construction, operations, contract administrators, commercial, scheduling, land, regulatory, and legal teams regarding supply and/or market opportunities.
• Prepare information and correspondence including contracts & agreements; internal/external correspondence; requests for proposals; tariffs.
