Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development initiatives in partnership with practice leadership, supporting strategic growth plans and key client opportunities.
• Prepare pitches, proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and tailored credentials materials to support business generation efforts.
• Conduct research and analysis on clients, prospects, competitors, industry trends, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making.
• Manage award, ranking, and directory submissions while identifying opportunities to enhance the practice's market profile.
• Support client development programs, cross-selling initiatives, and targeted business development campaigns across multiple practice areas.
• Collaborate with communications, events, and marketing teams to coordinate thought leadership, sponsorships, client programs, and profile-raising activities throughout the region.
