Job summary

The UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate is seeking a skilled project manager to oversee the Center's development (fundraising) activities and undergraduate student programs. Reporting to the Director of Advancement and the Executive Director, you will coordinate multiple initiatives with attention to timelines, budgets, and stakeholder needs.

This role requires strong communication, fundraising acumen, and the ability to work with university staff, donors, industry professionals, and students.

Qualifications

• Experience interfacing with university-level students.
• General knowledge of constituent databases and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Provide broad project management for the Center's development activities.
• Coordinate fundraising efforts and undergraduate student programs.
• Interact with donors, staff, faculty, students and industry professionals.
• Prepare proposals, briefings, and invitations; manage donor records.
