Loaves & Fishes Minnesota is seeking a senior Development Manager to own and drive individual giving, grants, and partnerships. This hybrid role requires independent ownership in a fast-moving nonprofit, with emphasis on measurable fundraising results and donor engagement.

The right candidate will build systems, prioritize effectively, and collaborate across teams to maximize revenue and impact for our community meals program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; additional fundraising coursework a plus.
• 5–7+ years of fundraising or development experience.
• Proven ability to drive fundraising programs end-to-end.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the donor stewardship program and oversee grants.
• Develop and manage fundraising campaigns and proposals.
• Collaborate with staff to build partnerships and sponsorships.
• Track performance and report results using CRM tools.
