Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in fundraising strategy and operations.
• Proven success in developing and executing fundraising initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with priorities.
• Lead major gifts, campaigns, and donor engagement initiatives.
• Oversee fundraising operations, data, reporting, and compliance.
• Partner with program leaders to align priorities and resources.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
