Job summary

The Alzheimer’s Association is seeking a Manager, Do What You Love to End Alzheimer’s, to lead volunteer development and corporate/community partnerships in the Cincinnati/Dayton region. This full-time role drives fundraising, recruits and coaches volunteers, and expands community engagement across golf, hiking, and other campaigns.

Based in Cincinnati or Dayton, the role requires up to 60% travel, flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, and a strong track record in building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in volunteer committee development.

Responsibilities

• Build sustainable corporate and community relationships to meet fundraising goals.
• Recruit, manage, and coach volunteer committees to implement best practices.
• Recruit and engage new companies and activity groups in the community.
• Travel up to 60% within the assigned territory by car; some overnight or air travel may be required.
• Work evenings and weekends as required for the job.
