Job summary

Alzheimer's Association seeks a Manager, Do What You Love to End Alzheimer’s to lead community partnerships in Cincinnati/Dayton, OH. You will recruit, coach and inspire volunteer leaders to reach fundraising and event goals.

Based in Cincinnati or Dayton, this full-time role requires travel up to 60% and strong networking, relationship-building, and project management skills to grow engagement and revenue for Do What You Love to End ALZ.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain corporate and community relationships to meet revenue goals.
• Recruit, manage and coach volunteer committees to drive fundraising targets.
• Coach individuals and teams to achieve revenue goals through campaigns.
• Identify and engage new companies and activity groups in the community.
• Manage volunteer-led events with year-over-year revenue growth.
• Foster an inclusive team environment and long-term community relationships.
• Achieve financial and participant goals via partnerships and solicitation.
