Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in community affairs, public relations, fundraising or related field.
• Minimum of five years in fundraising and community affairs.
• Experience with grant writing and donor relations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data management, reporting, and analysis to support fundraising goals.
• Ensure consistent donor services and stewardship.
• Lead private sector fundraising initiatives and expand the program.
• Travel about 25% to Gaudenzia treatment locations in the region.
